Joanne was so easy to talk to. She made me feel at complete ease. She is extremely professional. She has an open & friendly manner which makes it easy to open up to her. She introduced me to Mindfulness & gave me helpful literature on it. I have found this has helped me with Generalised Anxiety (GAD) immensely. I would go back to Joanne & highly recommend her.
